Shipping Processing Time
Once your order is placed, the products will typically ship within 1-3 business days.
We ship Monday- Friday.
Weekend orders will ship on Monday.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking
number to follow your package.
Return Policy
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
- Products MUST be unopened & unused
- Contact me and Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
- Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping
- Allow 7 business days for refund to show up on your card
I accept cancellations
On orders that have not been shipped
If the order was shipped, you may return the item for a full refund
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Opened Creams or anything used
