How to Detox:

Fill a tub large enough to hold a gallon of hot water. Make sure the water is as hot as you can handle without burning yourself or feeling uncomfortable. Empty entire contents of the foot detox in the water, add 1/4 cup of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar and soak your feet and ankles for 20-30 minutes.

The Water bath color may begin to change within 10 minutes.
