I am thrilled to be the first to leave a review and if I could give this product more than five stars I would!! When menopause hit my sleep went crazy, waking continuously throughout the night and often staying awake for 2-3 hours before falling back to sleep. I was taking a magnesium supplement but it wasn’t helping. Out of frustration, not to mention weariness, Maria suggested this spray. I added it to my evening routine, applying to the soles of my feet and within 3-4 days I noticed my sleep was improving and I was no longer staying awake for hours. I have been using this product for almost 4 weeks and this past week, for the first time in I don’t know how long, my alarm is waking me up. Unbelievable and I am so grateful.
