Directions: Apply dime sized amount to breasts, wrists, inner thighs, inner arms, neck, or abdomen twice a day. Alternate application area each use. Do not use when menstruating.

 

 

To Calculate Cycle: Day 1 is ALWAYS when menstruation begins. Do NOT use Cream while Menstruating.

 

 

Extreme discomfort: Use am and pm on day 5-18. 1/4 dropper. Increase to 1/2 dropper day 19-28. Stop cream when period commences. Restart on day 5.

 

 

Mild Menstrual cramps/discomfort: Am and Pm. Start on Day 12 of cycle. 1/4 dropper. 12-19. Increase to 1/2 dropper from 19-28. Use until menstruating begins

 

 

Reducing menopausal symptoms: start cream Day 7-20 1/4 dropper am and pm. 1/2 dropper 21-28. If period doesn’t come, count 7 days and recommence cream as above.

 

 

Can use during hot flashes any time. Should disappear within 3 months of regular use.

 

 

Post menopause: use 1/4 dropper cream for 3 months, am and pm every day. After 3 months create a cycle for yourself by using day 7 of every month as your beginning day. Apply 1/4 dropper twice a day on days 7-20 then use 1/2 dropper for the remainder of the month. Recommencing on day 7 of the following month.

For Men: Use 1/4 dropper AM & PM daily without any pauses. Increase to 1/2 Dropper if needed.

 

***If symptoms are persisting, inadequate amount of oil is being used. Double the recommended dropper size using the same protocol***
